A thought leader on motivation and goal attainment, she currently writes for Harvard Business Review, Fobes and Psychology Today. Her clients range from Olympic athletes to executives at Fortune 500 companies.
Christina is highly action-oriented and laser-focused on results. Her clients are able to increase their influence, improve their brand, and achieve a higher level of success and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.
Christina holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of London, England with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Queens University in Canada. She is a certified professional coach and certified business coach with diplomas from the International Coaching Academy and the Adler School of Psychology respectively. She currently resides in Colorado with her husband, and is the proud mother of two children.
